Spain Villas

Hi,

I want to book a holiday to Spain and was hoping that someone may be able to recommend a good company for private rental apartments ?

adrienne Aug 27th, 2012 08:25 AM

Where in Spain?

I was looking at staying in one of the Costas...

Why are you being so mysterious. I don't think you'll get a lot of help here until you are more forthcoming. If you looked at a map of Spain or googled towns beginning with "Costa" you would see that there are many towns with that name.

If you want help then you have to be helpful. Why don't you try this place.

Hi, i am new to forums and it will be my first trip to Spain and i am hoping to go in February, so the best places to visit then would be a good place to start

I would think Madrid and Barcelona would be good places to visit but you need to do some reading and choose places that appeal to you, not to some unknown person on the internet.

I'm not sure why you want some place on the coast since February certainly isn't beach weather. Particularly in the north of Spain.

Nerja on the Málaga coast can rightfully boast the best climate in Europe. All the amenities that makes it popular with tourists, but Nerja has retained much of its Andalucian small town charm.

We've stayed in this place several times, right on the cliffs and in the oldest street in town: http://www.holidaylettings.co.uk/rentals/nerja/204452

The house is on the cliffs in the left part of this picture: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2622/...de6a8146_o.jpg

About Nerja: http://www.nerjatoday.com/

Lots of great bars and restaurants, plenty of local and no fuzz Spanish places, a couple of gourmet options and excellent Italian, Thai and Indian restaurants as well. Free tapas to choose with every drink of whatever in the bar area in most places in town.

Nerja is close to fabulous Andalusian cities such as Granada (with the world famous Alhambra) and wonderful Málaga, one of my absolute favourites in the country after more than 25 years of intense travelling in the country. Direct buses all the time in 1-2 hours.

Past sixteen years weather statistics for February says daily highs 60-68F, night lows 45-54F, average six hours sun pr day and two days with rainfall pr. week: http://www.wetteronline.de/cgi-bin/r...Spanien/Malaga

If you go, you must visit the spectacular Nerja caves, lived people here some 25 000 years ago: http://www.cuevadenerja.es/index.php?lenguaje=en
