Spain or South of France in July 2017?
Hello! I Am thinking of travelling for 3 weeks in July in europe. Weather wise i am confused weather i should travel to the south of france or spain? Spain would include- barcelona, madrid, seville, granada etc. South of france would include cote d azur, provence etc. will spain be too hot for mid july or is south of france a better option?

Your call. Sevilla would be too hot for me at that time --

and IMO, 3 weeks isn't really enough for Barcelona, Madrid, and Andalusia.

Good weather everywhere.
I remember one july on cote d'azur when it was so hot we had to keep jumping into the swimming pool to refresh ourselves.
I had also some rosé from a cubi, and it was refreshing too. One jump, one glass ! I jumped too many times...
