Spain Labor Day 2016 May 1 closures?
 

What do I expect for closures in Spain May 1-2 Labor Day?

A few labor protests is about it.

It's more than that, it's a public holiday so businesses are closed. (banks, stores, etc.). Restaurants and bars won't be. Some museums are (Prado is, and so is Reina Sofia, you'll have to check others if you care). may 2nd is a holiday in Madrid. Of course, in 2016, Labor Day is on a Sunday, anyway. So I think when it is celebrated may vary by region as autonomous communities can celebrate it MOnday, Sevilla is this year and Madrid.

It´s like a sunday so all the tourists atractions are open as usual.
