Spain in Sept? Covid

I am thinking of planning a 2-week trip to Barcelona-Andalusia sites-Madrid in early September... What is going on with Covid in Europe, does anyone know... I'm a bit hesitant to book but I see people are traveling... ... thanks

Too far away to know and be afraid I would think. Waiting too long to book is not an option unless you can take it or leave it if no availability or very high airfares. We are booked for Sept to Spain and Tenerife for four weeks and are going come hell or high water. Hoping for the best .

If my recent experience in Portugal is any indication - people are traveling in droves.

From what I see on various Youtube channels, it's shaping up to be a close to normal summer for tourism. I acted on advice to book now for September as airfares are increasing and accommodation availability will go down as time passes. As far as Covid, a whole wave like last winter could come and go in between that time. We'll just deal with it as it comes but putting life on hold is at an end. For us, anyway.
