I have been to Galicia and Minho several times but I would need to know a bit more about your preferences. To start I would say Santiago is a must, maybe the only must, then you can enjoy a beautiful green countryside and some beautiful places as Rķa do Barqueiro in North Galicia, Tui, Bayona, Viana do Castelo, Ponte do Lima, La Toja, Caaveiro Monastery, Sil Gorge, etc

My friend and I are having a two weeks holiday in Spain starting in Blanes. We would love to travel a few days by car and see some of the wine areas. Mixed with the green countryside would be great. Do you have any tips?
Thanks, Bianca

USC.........This is a very old thread (from 2001) and Blanes is on the other side of the country to Galicia. Maybe start a new thread and give more details of where your have already planned to visit and what time of year you will be in Spain
