Spain fiesta itinerary in July - help?
Hi ALL -
I would love any and all advice for my fiesta itinerary for Spain:
Pamplona - Running of the bulls, ole! (3 days)
Ibiza - Dancing, beach, etc. (6 days)
Barcelona - (2 days)
What do you all think? Logistically, is flying the best way around?

Well, that is an ambitious itinerary. So, you will be in Pamplona the 5-7, then Ibiza the 8-13, then BCN the 14-15? I recommend that you put BCN between Pamplona and Ibiza, though the thought makes me cringe because no matter how hardcore you are, if you go all out at San Fermin, you will probably sleep through Barcelona.
Ibiza is a great place and if you are going just for party purposes, you have found your mecca. The discotecas there are awesome, and the beaches are really nice to sleep on and tan during the day.
Have you ever gone partying in Spain before? Obviously, you can ration it as you will, but with an itinerary like this one, you will need to be very careful.

Does Ibiza have a Fiesta in July? How about Barcelona? Does that city have a Fiesta in July? The only one I am sure of is Pamplona (los SanFermines: 7 - 14 Jul).
After Pamplona, Santander (Cantabria) has a Santiago Fiesta, ending a day or two before Santiago (25 Jul) and then Santiago itself has a Fiesta celebrating the Apostle's Feast Day.
If you want a "fiesta itinerary," you may be going in the wrong direction.

Nedsireland, ibiza lives in a continous "fiesta" (not an official one, though) You know, hard nightlife that lasts all day long. Some people likes that ...I have never been there and I live half an hour by plane from there !!
