Spain - Costa Brava

Hello,
We have an upcoming trip to Spain where we land in Barcelona and then are renting a car for a trip up to Costa Brava and onto the Pyrennes. We plan to drive to Tossa de Mar, Sant Feliu de Guixol, Calella de Palafrugell, LlaFranc and onto Begur. Realize that this is aggressive but we only have a day or so in this area. I wanted to seek suggestions for the best place to do a small boat trip if possible to view the small coves and other spots which are not viewable from the road.

Thanks!

well in Tossa De Mar they have a tour boat that pulls in and takes people on the coastal cove tours.. but I think its like all day almost.. so not going to work for you.. do you really only have one day for the area.. I wouldn't even bother, that's running by things.. we stayed 5 days in Tossa and loved loved loved it.. its worth an overnight at least..

Good tip on Tossa De Mar as I also want to visit the area in more detail. Have_fun, I will be interested in your trip especially Calella Palafrugell/Llafranc as this is one area I want to visit.

From L'Estartit there are boat trips to the Medes Islands, less than a mile from the coast : http://www.visitestartit.com/en/23/Medes-Islands-html

thanks, we are staying over at Girona. Do you per chance know of the company that does the Boat Tour at Tossa?

Sorry no.. they have a stand right on the beach .. people would gather two or three times a day and load and unload .. looked very popular..
