You should check the rometorio website. I haven’t used it yet, but many people on this forum recommend it to find out how to get from point a to point b.

Or check the ALSA bus schedule directly. Or check airlines. Or rent a car?

I haven’t been to those regions you are now considering so I can’t help you any further. Do you have a guidebook?

I don't believe anyone has mentioned Segovia. It's just a half hour (or so) north of Madrid. We chose it over Toledo because we were interested in the aquaduct, alcazar, and cathedral. We weren't disappointed! I believe it doesn't get quite as many tourists as Toledo. We also loved San Sebastian and Salamanca. Burgos is a wonderful stop for lunch on the way to San Sebastian if that's the route you take! Enjoy

Thinking of Flying into Bilbao and using that as my Hub City(For Basque area) Drive to la Rioja for 2 days ( 1-2 Hour drive). Any good beach recommendations around Bilbao?
It does not have to be San Sebastion I am open to other locations as long as its not to crowded =)

Sounds like a good idea. We are staying in San Sebastián for the first time in July. There is plenty to see and do in this region, so I am sure you will enjoy it. I found Maribels Guides to be useful when researching Maribel's City and Regional Guides
