Spain and Portugal in 3 weeks_how we did it

Hi guys,
We did Spain and Portugal sometime back and I just wanted to post here our itinerary and how we got about it for the benefit of anyone wondering. :) When I posted our itinerary before leaving to get help I got lot of people saying too much in too little time. But we did it anyway and we loved it. So... it's possible.

Day Night
D 01 - Arrive in Madrid Madrid
D 02 - Madrid Madrid
D 03 - Madrid, day trip to Toledo Madrid
D 04 - Leave to Bilbao (Bus) Bilbao
D 05 - Leave to Barcelona (almost full day travelling-train) Barcelona
D 06 - Barcelona Barcelona
D 07 - Barcelona, day trip to Montserrat Barcelona
D 08 - Barcelona Barcelona
D 09 - Barcelona Barcelona
D 10 - Leave to Seville - (fly) Seville
D 11 - Seville Seville
D 12 - Seville to Granada - (Bus) Granada
D 13 - Granada Granada
D 14 - Granada to Lisbon Lisbon
D 15 - Lisbon Lisbon
D 16 - Lisbon Lisbon
D 17 - Lisbon, day trip to Sintra Lisbon
D 18 - Lisbon Lisbon
D 19 - Leave to Porto (Bus) Porto
D 20 - Porto Porto
D 21 - Fly to Madrid Madrid
D 22 - Leave Madrid

The only issue we had was I forgot to book the train from Granada to Lisbon in advance so we had to go back to seville and take a 13 hour bus ride to Lisbon. ;) Madrid was not one of my favourites so felt like we had too much time there. Everywhere else was amazing.

Glad it worked out for you. I'm not a fan of Madrid either, but love Lisbon. Are you going to post more details?

I am happy to share more details if anyone wants to know any particulars. There are so many things to write. :)

Mero, in what area of Lisbon did you stay? Do you have a hotel recommendation? Thanks in advance.

@auntgrapes we stayed in Arroios and in a hostel. Called Origami hostel, Lisbon. Hostel itself was great. Clean and peaceful bit the area was not the best. But it did have good connection to transport. It was about 30mins walk from the centre.
