Spain - 1st time advice

Going to Spain for 2 weeks in august. We will be Just married. Haven't been before. Keen to not be travelling all the time. City's and towns.

Any suggestions on an itinerary?

Spain is so broad and diverse that you should consider concentrating in 2 regions, at most, with 2 weeks.

For romance you can't do much better that Andalucia, especially Seville. With a week you could take in Seville and some of the neighbouring "white towns", or include Cordoba (Mezquita) and Granada (Alhambra). After that, either Barcelona and some of Catalunya, or neighbouring Aragon, would be a nice contrast, or perhaps heading up to the Basque region and visiting San Sebastian, and the coast along the Bay of Biscay.

I love Seville but in August it could be pretty hot. Average temperature is 80 degrees with highs going into the high 90's

My vote that time of year might be Barcelona or if you are foodies, the Basque region is great

A good guide book or two will serve you extremely well. Congratulations and best wishes!

Andalusian cities like Seville and Granad are beautiful, but expect 90- 100 degree temps.
Barcelona and the North ... San Sebastian for beaches might be nice
Valencia is lovely town , great beaches too.
As suggested, a guide book would help.
