Space Invaders in Paris!

There are space invaders all over Paris! I know it's true because it was in the New York Times.

I hope the link works.

Hi AJPeabody, yes, it does work - I am allowed to see it because it is a link shared by a subscriber. So don't worry.

Thanks for posting! I had heard about the symbols before (or rather, seen in photos) but never knew the back story. How interesting!

Thanks for posting this AJPeabody!! We love street art and have taken tours in Paris and London. We will be in Paris in April so will make sure to visit this exhibit.

We downloaded the Flash Invaders app in 2019 and found 26 invaders in Paris, 1 in Cote d'Azur and 1 in Luberon. Returning to UK and France in June and hoping to add more invaders.
Great fun and causes you to look up!

I just discovered Shepard Fairey, the artist from Charleston SC, painted a mural in Paris.

Also going to check out the street artists in Portugal in September.
Artur Bordalo is famous for using street garbage to create stunning animals sculptures so as to warn people about pollution and all types of endangered species, João Maurício and Alexandre Manuel Dias Farto.
