Southwestern Ireland

Alright, I need some advice for traveling in the Southwestern areas of Ireland.
I'm arriving in Shannon very early on May 21 ; I have to be in Dublin May 24 to check in to a hostel, the check in time is flexible.
So I have all day the 21, 22, 23, and part of the day on the 24 if I want/need it. I'd really love to see Blarney Castle and Cork, the Burren, the Cliffs of Moher and the Ring of Kerry.
I'm not able to rent a car.
So what would be your advice for getting to see as much of these places as possible, on a small-ish budget, using public transport???

Depends what you call Early? 1st bus from SNN to Cork is about 10 to 9am but if you want Blarney that might be an option But you are trying to cram a lot in relying on the bus's.

Personally I would head to Ennis and with the provission they have room as is on in Ennis whilst you are over. You can get to the Cliffs from Ennis by Bus or take a Cliffs and Burren tour with Barratts.

Then head down to Cork from there either direct or via Killarney although that could be problematic and with Ring of Kerry tours leaving the town at 10 am you would need to be there the night before?

Dublin can be easily reached from Ennis Killarney or Cork.
