Try Il Nido. I love this hotel. It is very reasonably priced, clean, beautiful views of the bay and the restaurant is excellent and also reasonably priced. They have a free shuttle into town if you don't have a car. www.ilnido.com

Hi Isobel. If you're interested in staying right in the center of the old town, we liked the two-star Hotel Astoria. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, we loved the location, and we had a very reasonably priced double with private bath for around $70.
