Sorrento hotel on a budget
 

Hello - <BR>I see that everyone recommends the Bellvue Syrene in Sorrento - but it appears to be a bit more than my budget. Can anyone suggest a 2 or 3 star hotel in the 100 Euro /night range? I see web sites for the Faro and Eden in town - any idea what these are like?<BR>Thanks!

Jeff, may I suggest you a very good hotel, quite better (in the rate quality / price but not in absolute value) than Bellevue Syrene !?!<BR>RIVAGE, not in the center of the town but on the road toward Massalubrense. The view of the Bay is unforgettable, rooms are large and only few are without terrace and you'll try to avoid it. There is a pretty solarium, too.<BR>Rates are within your budget.<BR>If you need more help, I'm here: no problem.<BR>Have a nice trip.

We stayed at La Tonnarella a few years back. A little over EUR 100, but very pleasant. Outside of town on the main road. www.latonnarella.com.

Paul: how were the beds and the baths at La Tonnarella? How about breakfast? Were the views as great as appear on the website? Was it a bit of a hassle to reach from the center of town?
