Any suggestions for hotels in Sorrento? I tried Il Nido but they are booked. Range 80-100 euros. Thanks.

While most of those posts will be for more intermediate priced hotels, there will be a few recommendations for the low budget ones as well.

Hi Roxie - we stayed at Villa Oriana - a B&B next to Sorrento in Sant Agnello. I would recommend it and it could be in your price range depending on when you are going. I recently posted a trip report - Search for "Italy in August trip report" for details.

i have done extensive research on sorrento hotels as i have just finally booked one. i wanted to keep it under 140 euro and was able to find quite a few. i liked using italyby.com. i checked into villa oriana and thought it was so nice looking with prices of either 105 or 140 for a suite. i eventually booked casa astarita, only a 2 star, but it looks really nice, quaint and family run. I did get alot of names from posts here and then i proceeded to check them out and rule out or save. there were quite a few nice ones on via nastro verde, but i chose to be closer to the center although most of the hotels there offered a shuttle. the hotel johanna park which is on that road offered me a room with a seaview for 100euro and i really liked the airiness of the room.
