Sorbonne souvenirs?

Does anyone know whether university t-shirts for the Sorbonne are available in the university's boutique or elsewhere in the neighbourhood?

There is no University boutique as such (french universities don't have TS except for sport events).
And even the sport-team's one would disapoint you (i think)) since it bears the real name of this uni. : "Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne" (or for short : Paris I).
But you will find T-shirts labelled "Sorbonne" is souvenirs shops.

I've found that there are a lot of souvenir (and clothing) shops on Rue de Rivoli, around the louvre. You may find something there.

Any tourist shop that sells sweatshirts and T-shirts will sell "Sorbonne" items. They are totally unauthentic, as noted above.

I went there and they don't have any real Sorbonne clothing, as said, or university shops. They aren't into that whole thing in France.

It used to be pretty common that the souvenir shops along the Seine would have Tshirts and sweatshirts with various Sorbonne logos and some kind of shields on them, but this doesn't seem to be as popular as it used to be. I think the last time I was in one of those shops, they seemed to only have some sweatshirts and no Tshirts any more. I don't remember anything else in those souvenir shops pretending to be Sorbonne items, but you never know.
