Son is home from Cambridge interview
 

Just a note of thanks to those who encouraged us to let our son zoom off to England on his own for an interview and test at Cambridge. Somehow it all worked out and he made it home just as the latest blizzard was battering JFK. No matter what happens now, at least he's had an unforgettable experience.

Yeah. But did he get in? Is he planning his vacations in my back garden?:)

So, where did he stay Saturday night before his early Sunday flight, at a cheap hotel near Paddington or at a priceline hotel at Heathrow, or did you find a different option?

He stayed at a cheapish Heathrow hotel after walking around London all day with a friend who lives there. Somehow made all his connections. And, as expected, loved Cambridge. Thanks again for your help, advice and interest.
