Something free? In London? Never!

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but I thought I'd let anyone who'll be in London on June 25th & 26th know about an event taking place in Leicester Square called West End Live.

There will be free performances by the casts of Chicago, Mary Poppins, Mamma Mia! and The Big Life, as well as James Taylor Quartet, Sadlers Wells Hip Hop dancers, London Gay Men's Choir and the English Baroque Choir, amongst others.

I believe that the entertaiment will run from 12pm to 6.30pm each day but I can't find an official website to post a link. It's starting to be quite well advertised though.

Performances from the Royal Opera House are broadcast live onto big screens;

21 June at 7 30 Rigoletto in Covent Garden piazza
30 June at 7 30 La Boheme in Covent Garden piazza.

I've always thought London had some of the best free stuff anywhere.
