Solo Traveler. Multi-Countries. But which ones?

I'm a solo traveler planning a trip to Amsterdam in April to see the tulips. I also plan to fly to Austria. I have traveled to Europe many times, but haven't seen either country. I would so appreciate some help on duration of my trip:

How many days in Amsterdam to see Keukenhoff/countryside, the museums, etc?

How many days in Salzburg and Vienna?

Should I see Belgium and Luxembourg before going to Austria? Is it a must see in your opinion?

Thanks so much for any advice you have. I'm waiting to book my FF flight until I hear back from some fellow travelers!
