SNCF Ticket Pricing

Does anyone know if there will have a problem on the train when traveling with two children who have adult tickets? Getting four adult tickets is cheaper on SNCF's website than buying two adult and 2 tickets for children. Thanks.

As long as the name and age on the ticket--if they are PREM non-refundable non-exchangeable tickets--are the same, I would think that you would have no problem.

No, they may think you silly for buying adult tickets for kids, but phooey! If it was cheaper, good deal!

Thank you. I have bought the tickets and saved over 30 euros each way in the process.

Children can travel on adult tickets, just not the other way around!
