sncf emergency!
Okay, for the last two hours, I've been trying to pay for two tickets on the SNCF website, only it won't let me complete my order. I've followed MorganB's guidance, but it's not coming up as described.
I ONLY come up with an option to mail to my address, so, when I try to complete the purchase without filling it in (or even filling it incorrectly), it does not let me go to the next step. I've done this at least a half dozen times, and I don't see where the option to print my ticket or collect it at the terminal comes up. It's driving me crazy, especially since I have a PREM fare, and I'm going to lose it soon if I can't complete this order. Any help is more than welcome! Paule |
Call a travel agent and see if they can do it for you.

Just wanted to add that those were the last 2 PREM fares from Rennes to Paris in that time slot, so I was a very happy camper (after two hours of frustration).
