Hello - SNCF is trying my patience! Does anyone have a customer service telephone number they can share with me - I have been lost in the the black hole called sncf for about three hours now!! Thanks.

There will be a welcoming recording talking about the Eurostar, but it is SNCF. They will mail you the tickets.

Have you tried emailing them? Sometimes it works. Mostly they ignore emails for some reason. I emailed them four times and received two replies.

We took a deep breath and are going to let it work itself out - we're hoping to see tickets in the mail soon....if not.....AAAAHHHH!!!
