Oh no... that's awful! That's what I worry about, which is why I've always ordered from rail europe. You can call them in the States. They are more expensive, though. The first time we went to Paris we went by way of Brussels, as the ticket to Paris was way too expensive. I had no clue how we would get to Paris, but someone told me about rail europe, so I called them and had tickets on the Thalys in my mailbox in 2 days.
