It all depends on your budget. When we were on tour with Smartours recently we saw the same tour busses at all the places, including some hotels that we were staying. Odyssseys is considerable higher prices and they all go to the same tourist stops.

Same busses at Hotel Hilton Vienna, as in Insight which was probably $3000 more than what we paid. I'm just saying.
