I'm sorry I spent so much time on this OP.

FYI We own a timeshare in Aruba and have never ever done an A/I. Just returned from St. martin and we drove all over both of these islands.

Well I have decided to nix that tour --thanks for your insightful information. I think it would be to busy. I did go to Israel on a structured tour as I did not want to get shot at, wandering into a place I was forbidden to go--I did see a lot but it was exhausting. I needed a vacation when I returned---I have decided upon 3 cities and 3 only with at least 3 nts in each one. Budapest, Vienna and Prague. I will go in late May as I care not for summer crowds which was why I wanted spring time.

Well, that's definitely an improvement! Do try for more time. Three nights is only two full days. I didn't care that much for Prague - way too crowded for me - but I've visited Vienna twice and Budapest three times and would have no trouble spending another week - or more - in either. Take another look at the apartment link I posted for Budapest.

I'm off to the Virginia mountains for a week - no sundresses!
