Small foodie tours in Bologna

We will be in Bologna for 4 days in late September and would like to do a few small food/wine tours possibly with local guides, not those offered by the large companies, e.g., Viator. Any suggestions or good experiences with this will be appreciated. Thanks.

Marcello and Raffaela are the best; we have done both a culinary day in Bologna and also a week long tour in Puglia. They have several day tours centered in and around Bologna.

We loved our tour with Alessandro seeing how mozzarella, prosciutto and balsamic vinegar are made. His enthusiasm was infectious and made for a very fun day.

We have booked the italiandays tour for our trip in a few weeks. It gets great reviews. Our B&B host also recommended Olga at amazing-italy.com. When I inquired, there tour included the Ferrari museum which held zero interest for us. I THINK that they are now offering a tour without the Ferrari stop.

I also had a food tour with Alessandro from Italiandays and really enjoyed the tour!
