Yes, it's been on the website a year or two. There are others - St. Peter's, Scavi tour, etc. There are also webcams all around the Vatican.

A really good app I used when I went to the Sistine Chapel was Rama. It was good value, easy to navigate and interesting. I especially liked seeing portraits of Michelangelo's lovers and comparing them with their likenesses in the saints in the Last Judgment!
