Sim cards for Bulgaria, Urkaine and Romania
Hi - I have a USA world mobile hot spot jetpack. We get nailed financially every time we use the Verizon network. So I was thinking maybe we buy a sim card (one?) or one for each country this time. We are going in September so we have plenty of time. Anyone have a great resource for buying these sim cards online?

Why do you want to buy them on-line? You can get them from the local operator stores - as a pre-paid SIM and then you can use and recharge via a simple phone call
