Silly Question: Check in/ Check Out Time
In the states, check in time is around 3pm, and check out time is around 11am or 12noon.
What is check in/check out time in Paris and London? Sorry for so many questions...ugh, I wish there was a handy book that answered questions like these. |
Mostly it depends on the individual hotel. But generally speaking the checkin time can be anything from 2.00pm, if you arrive earlier and the rooms are ready you can usually check in straight away. Checkout is usually earlier, about 10.00am, sometimes 11.00. When you make a booking you can ask the individual hotels their times.

There aren't any set times (heck - even in the States I have stayed MANY places with check out times as early as 10 a.m.) As schnauzer says - you need to check w/ each individual hotel

If you arrive before your room is ready, you can always leave your luggage and come back later. Similarly, if you have to move out of your room, you can leave your bags at the hotel and collect them later. In my experience, even the cheapest of hotels will do this. Bigger hotels normally have a room for luggage; smaller places might keep it behind the reception desk.

The best I remember it is the same. You can most likely find this info oon the hotel websites, right?
As mentioned you can go to your hotel and leave your luggage with the front desk, and go back out again, if you arrive before your room is available. |
I'd agree with the above that THE answer lies with each hotel; if you want opinions, then stick around here.
