Sightseeing from Sirince
 

We will be spending 3 nights, 4 days in Sirince (near Ephesus) in Sept. Are there recommendations on where to visit, besides Ephesus? I read about a village called Tire. Has anyone been there?

You'll love Sirince and its environs. In addition to the great suggestions from Sinan, you should definitely spend an hour or two at the Ephesus Museum at the edge of town.

Speaking of the Isa Bey mosque, I found it to be one of my favorites in all of Turkey. Very old, very subtle, and the courtyard is lined with Ottoman and Seljuk headstones. It's a great contrast to the grand mosques of Istanbul and elsewhere (and a few hundred years older).

If you're feeling real ambitious, and have a car, Pamukkale can be done in a long day trip.

Priene Miletos Didyma an hour away from sirince Plus
Tire the village has very extensive local marketstuesdays.
