Siene River Cruises

Hi,

What is the best company to take a Seine River cruise with?

Thanks

We liked this one: http://www.vedettesdupontneuf.com/va/

You can download a 2-Euro coupon discount.

We took the sunset cruise -- it is a BYOB, so grab some wine, cheese, bread, etc, and enjoy. ((b))

Second all of the Budman's recommendations. Buy your wine and stuff BEFORE getting to the boat--VERY overpriced on the boat. We like to go just at dusk when the lights are just beginning to come up on the city.

Both good suggestiond. The dinners on those cruises were not worth the price.

I've read that the Batobus is more just like a water taxi, but how bad is it. If one was traveling all day on the Batobus, is it worth doing a Seine river trip with the other companies. Also, is it true that the walls on the sides of the Seine are too high to see much of anything from the Batobus?

Budman,

Thanks for the tip about the internet discount. We will be there in a couple of weeks and were planning on taking that particular line...accompanied by our favorite treats of course!

Just in case you misplace your coupons, we got one from a vendor along the Seine. We enjoyed the same cruise.
