Rome- renting apartment San Lorenzo VS. Esquilino

How are the locations? It doens't seem to be too far away from each other but Esquilino apt seems to be closer to the city center and Termini

Esquilino apt has no AC San Lorenzo does. We are traveling at the end of June.

What do you guys think?

If you are planning on moving around, Esquilino/Termini is better. The end of June can be hot so I guess it all boils down to the AC.

A/C would definitely be a consideration for me at that time of year. But the location of the San Lorenzo unit is not very convenient for most of what you'll want to do in Rome. I'd keep looking for a better location with A/C.

It is a lot better than San Lorenzo. Use the ATAC site to calculate distances or bus routes to some of the sights that might be farther out. To get to the Centro storico you will have to take buses.

Go to Calcola il Percorso (and keep mezzi pubblici)
