I'm looking to go from Perugia to Siena by bus. If I'm reading the sena.it schedule correctly, it leaves the main FS station at 11:00 weekdays and gets to Siena at 12:30. Correct? (Those arrows on the schedule are throwing me off - need some confirmation here.)

Castleton: correct. The 11:00 a.m. bus from Perugia F.S. is daily, and arrives at Siena F.S. at 12:30. I'd double check the schedule and departure points once in Perugia.

If you ask the driver once on the bus, you MAY be able to get off the bus closer to the central district of Siena, rather than at the train station.
