Siena, Italy on a Sunday
 

My wife and I are going to Italy in June. We have changed our schedule arougd quite a few times and think we might be in Siena for only 1 day (Sunday). We are using the Rick Steve's Italy book as a point of reference, but there is nothing in the book regarding closures like he does for bigger cities. Are attractions closed in Siena on Sunday? Should we even worry about closures on a Sunday in Siena, or is it more of a city that you roam and enjoy?

Many things are open on a Sunday: Museo Civici, Museo dell'Opera, Pinacoteca Nationale (until 1300), Baptistery, Casa di Santa Caterina, and of course the Duomo and crypt and other churches.

Yes, it is a great place to roam and enjoyor sit in the campo and watch.
