Mrsgo - We were in southern Sicily last mid-September (Ragusa/Syracusa/Agrigento ...)

We had zero rainfall. Temps were high 70's/low 80's every day. Just perfect :)

Hope this helps ...

Steve

I spent three+ weeks in Sicily in September a few years ago, in Cefalu and Taormina. One day of rain, and otherwise beautiful weather. It can still be very hot during the day. Nights were cooler and extremely pleasant.
It's the end of the season and crowds are smaller. It's a perfect time to go.

I have been to Sicily twice in September. The only rain we encountered was Taomina both times (light rain showers). It is a lovely town regardless of the weather. It was fairly mild...light jacket to short sleeves on some days.

I should have mentioned I was there both time in late September.
