Shuttle from VIE to hotel in Vienna

Hello.

Can someone help me with info on a shuttle from Vienna International Airport to Le Meridien Vienna? I prefer not to take a taxi (too expensive) nor the CAT (don't want to travel on the subway w/ luggage). I read there might be a shuttle that drops me off at the hotel?

Any help is appreciated!

Several transfer services exist for airport/hotel transfers .
These are less expensive than regular taxis found outside of the terminal.
Reservations needed with the price 27-29 euro 3-4 people with luggage.
The transfer would take about 20-30 minutes.

An alternative is the regular train from the airport to the city center then transfer to streetcar or subway towrd the hotel.
This costs 3.80 euro but involves hauling luggge and some walking . I would not recommend it.
2nd alternative is a airport transfer bus to city 6 euro then a short tsxi ride or streetcar/ subway 1.80 euro. again not recommended.

Transfer service worth the cost in my opinion with door to door quick service.

Thanks, molker. I saw these websites, but it's good to have confirmation these are legit and the best way to go.

Hi; Another company that works from Vienna. Inexpensive. Richard www.shuttlebus.cz

The above shuttlebus mentioned only runs on a limited fixed schedule from Vienna airport to destinations other than the city of Vienna to my knowledge . Most destinations in Czech as website implies.

molker; You are probably correct. However, they do service Vienna and it only takes an e-mail to ask. Richard
