Should I tip the hotel car service driver?

I am having the hotel car service pick me up at the Rome airport to take us to our Central Rome hotel. The hotel is charging me 120,000 Lire for this, should I also tip the driver? If so, how much?

I do tip...but it all depends on how helpful they are.

I do if I would tip a regular cab driver in the same city; I always tip private drivers who have flat rates hired through hotels. I am going on the theory that the driver himself is not the owner of the car and does not get that entire payment, although I could be wrong on that, I suppose. I tip about 10 pct assuming he/she was a good and pleasant driver. I would not tip if they were jerks. I have only done this in less developed countries where taxis were maybe not reliable, so 10 pct tip was not that much money in US dollars, and I also know the people in those countries do not have high incomes, either.

I tip as well; I tip cab drivers, so I tip the hotel car drivers as well (they usually do more than cab drivers, as a rule).

If I were relying on the same service to get me back to the airport in time for my flight, I would absolutely, positively tip.
