Short Hikes

I was just wondering if anyone could give me any ideas on some good 1 - 2 night hikes in europe. It doesn't matter what country as I'll be travelling all over.

These are a bit out of the way and in somewhat rugged territory. But they are beautiful hikes. The first is in Iceland and can be done without a guide, though the link I am providing is a guided hike (look for Þórsmörk-Skógar). The second area is in Norway. You could do as many day hikes in this area as you feel like. There are buses to the areas and mountain huts to stay in:

If you make it to the Picos, you'll find some very well marked routes.

I enjoyed several short hikes from Capilleira in the Poqueira Gorge -- see the 2nd link kimhe gave you to Las Alpujarras. I was there in Sept/Oct, so can't speak to how they will be at other times of year. Enjoy!
