shopping in Spain???

Hi!!!

Thanks to all your input we have booked our flights within Spain and are all set for our March trip - well almost.

What are some items Spain is known for that we bring back home? We're going to be in Madrid, Cordoba, Segovia, Seville, Granada, Barcelona - like for example Italy has some lovely scarves, shawls in those roadside markets, great chocolates, leather in florence, venetian masks, pinocchio toys, perfumes ......wondering if Spain in well known for other stuff like pottery, or table cloths or masks etc...sweets?

Thanks!

You might begin with Lladro and lace.

Shoes, shoes, shoes !! :-D I also found some really nice leather goods in Granada. You didn't mention Toledo, but if you happen to go there, buy damasquinado jewerly; just breathtakingly beautiful! I also love buying skirts in Madrid, for some reason they have classic lines in beautiful prints. In Seville decorative tiles for kitchen and outdoor decoration (you'll see plenty ideas as you walk around!). Also, sherry liquor (the best in the world!) for after dinner sips. Have a great time in Spain!
