There are several designer outlets (very small shops) just off the Corso. The book "Born to Shop - Italy", an invaluable resource, will have details. In my experience, unless you are under a size 12, it's hard to find designer stuff in Italy. Great shops are everywhere, prices are reasonable (at least compared to Paris), and shoes are especially fabulous. Good luck!

The streets running from the base of the Spanish Steps are filled with good, high end shops. Cannot miss them. They all run into the Spanish Steps.
