I am going to be in Bernese Oberland and Zermatt on 10th May to 14th may 10, with my wife and 2 teenage daughters.

We would be visiting lake Thun, Brienz and Leman.
But I would like to know, which is the best place where I will be able to see a tranquil lake with a mountain peak reflecting in the water; in 2nd week of May.
Are the lakes frozen in 2nd week of May?

Where should I go..
1. Riffelsee, Leisee or Stellisee near Zermatt.
2. Lake Bachalpsee near First

I do not have time to go to Kandersteg area..

Switzerland experts, please help...

I am afraid none of them will work. Bachalpsee is probably your best chance. You are aware of the fact that you'll need picture-perfect weather and no wind, right?
