Unless things have changed very recently, the answer is a resounding NO. Sevilla SVQ has no overseas direct air links (Intra-Europe only)

Last time we had to fly from Madrid into EWR via continental. From AGP you can get a cheaper flight into the NYC area.

You can take an Iberia (or American codeshare) flight from NYC to Madrid, then get a connecting flight on Iberia to Sevilla. There's nothing direct.
