Seville to Granada by bus or train?

We have 7 adults (4 senior citizen) and 2 children. We have quite a number of suite cases with us and we're not sure whether which mode of transport (i.e. bus or train) is more convenient for us. Will we have a lot of problem carrying suit cases up the train and looking for storage spaces for the suit cases in the train? Would it be easier to take the bus looking at the number of suit cases that we have?

I haven't done the research for a couple of years, but I remember the train being regional only and very slow. I took the Alsa Supra bus and was really impressed. The bus had airline type seats, movies and music, and they gave you water and a bag of snacks when you entered. I wouldn't hesitate to take the bus again and the Supra is definitely worth the few extra dollars.

We've taken both, but personally, the train is far more comfortable and takes about the same amount of time as the bus. But with the size of your group, and the fact that you have a lot of luggage, you might be better off doing a private transfer, door to door service. You can contact Rosa Bus for a quote ([email protected]). We've used them on several occasions.
