Seville or Lisbon
We have the possibility of going to either Lisbon or Seville for 4 days (in Januray!).
I haven't been to any of the two cities before. Which one of the places would you recommend? Thank you. |
January, wet in either city and mild.
I like Lisbon but for 4 days Seville offers so much more and Cordoba is just down the track. |
I haven't been to Lisbon for years but Seville is wonderful. I would recommend Seville highly.
|
Having recently been to both, I thought them both wonderful, but offering different things.
History : Seville Scenery/Scenic views: Lisbon Food: Seville (hands down, with the exception of pastry in Lisbon) Cost: Lisbon (hands down: incredibly cheap) |
In January, Lisbon without a doubt. It will be cool and wet but Lisbon has one of Europe's mildest climates and warmest winters, and the city offers more that enough to keep you busy for 4 days.

If I had the option, I'd chose clearly Seville
|
I would also choose Sevilla.
|
I have not been to Seville... but I have been to Lisbon in January (and enjoyed it).
Here is our trip report: http://www.fodors.com/community/euro...-to-lisbon.cfm And here are our photos: http://onelittleworld.zenfolio.com/f415062165 Hope this helps! |
Have not been to either recently, like Lisbon alot...it is a city with lots to do but I dream of going back to Sevilla!
|
Thank you everybody for your advises. It seems that both places are worth to visit.
