Seville on Christmas Eve - suggestions for eating/sights
We are a family of 6 including two preteen kids. We would like to have a low key not very expensive dinner on Christmas Eve in Seville. We are finding lots of price fixed dinner options that are very expensive. Does anyone know of any less expensive restaurants that are open for dinner that night? We also want to rent rowboats by the Plaza Espana during the day. Does anyone know if they will be open during the day on December 24th? Thanks so much.

I think most tapas bars/restaurants will be open. You can sit down and make a meal of a great variety of delicious small tapas or order affordable raciones or media raciones (portions/half-portions). 10€ pr. person will take you a long way. Azahar lives in Sevilla and gives great advice about tapas bars and restaurants by district: http://azahar-sevilla.com/sevilletapas/
For a genuine Sevilla experience, go to Bodegas Diaz Salazar in C/García de Vinuesa, 20. A branch of the very popular Mesón Serranito is also in this area, C/ Antonia Diaz, 11. The solomillo al roquefort tapas is to die for!

Or go to La Primera del Puente in riverside Calle Betis in the vibrant Triana district across the city river Guadalquivir. One of my favourites in town. Genuine and no fuzz. http://azahar-sevilla.com/sevilletap...ra-del-puente/
