Does anyone know of a nice, inexpensive hotel within walking distance of the sites?

Our favorite is the Amadeus, a lovely small and reasonable hotel, very centrally located. Take a look at www.hotelamadeussevilla.com.

Hosteria de Laurel, a few blocks from the church and easy walking to all. Simple and clean rooms, great location. :)

The Amadeus was also where we stayed. Very charming, small hotel tucked away on a tiny side street in the heart of the most scenic part of Seville. Due to this forum, it's become very popular, so reserve ASAP!

I, too, stayed at the Amadeus..a nice spot..we did have some trouble finding it. It is not really on a street..only a walkway that I would say is not even a very wide walkway! In the old town and it has its own charm.

In Cordoba we stayed in the El Conquistador..a great location....
Found Cordoba to be charming..many good restaurants......

Hotel Alminar is about a block away from the Cathedral and is great!
