Seville: Hotel Simon or Tryp Macarena?

Jump to last reply

This is for Dec. 30 - January 3, so a lot of places are booked or more expensive.

I've booked a room at Hotel Simon, a 1* hotel with great reviews and very central, for about 41 Euros per night, including taxes but not breakfast.

I could book a room at Tryp Macarena, a 4* hotel with reasonable reviews, for about 50 Euros per night including taxes and breakfast (a very good breakfast, so worth the 9 Euro difference given I appreciate that). But this is further out.

Both are cancellable rates, and any difference in cost is negligible.

Any thoughts as to the preferred choice?
