Sevilla hotels

I'm trying to pick a hotel in Sevilla for 4 nights, the 1st of November. I'm looking for a quiet double room with bath for $75 or less. Has anyone stayed at any of these?
La Rabida
Hotel Europa
Hotel Simon
Hotel Murillo
Or do you know someplace better? Thanks!

Hi Paige!

I just returned from Seville about three weeks ago, where I stayed at La Rabida. The hotel is VERY clean, air-conditioned, great location, very friendly staff, at a WONDERFUL rate. I paid the equivalent of $36US a night for a single room. Couldn't ask for a better deal. Many restaurants in the neighborhood. Residential area, not far from the cathedral and the Alcazar.
A GREAT deal.
Any questions, E-mail me.
Have fun. :-)

My husband and I also stayed at La Rabida and did not like it and would not recommend it. Our room was veeeeery tiny and we did not find the staff to be pleasant at all. It is in a good location however. While you are there make sure you eat at Casa Blanca - it was our favorite.

Hi, Paige,
We liked the Patio de la Cartuja, in the Macarena district. Current price is around US$60, less in November. Part of the Estancias group, http://www.estanciases.es/

Hi,

I stayed at La Rabida for 3 nights in March. I liked the hotel very much. The rooms were comfortable and the room I had was fairly large. The staff cheerfully answered all my various questions about how to get here & there. I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. And I liked the location, close to the major attractions, but not so close that you're surrounded by only other visitors. I would stay there again.
Heather
