Sevilla FC match safety

We're going to be in Sevilla next month and they have a home match against Real Valladolid that weekend. Our kids (14 and 11) love soccer and we thought it would be fun to take them to a European football match. Is it safe for kids? (We visited Buenos Aires a couple years ago and were told it was not safe even for adults and only to go with an escort.)
If so, what is the best way to get tickets? It looks like you can buy tickets online from their website, but only for the next match?

I'm not a big football fan but I can't imagine that lack of safety would be an issue at a Sevilla game. Football games in Europe are very well organised and policed. You'll find lots of families attending these matches and the atmosphere is usually good. There may be parts of the stadium occupied by rougher and perhaps noisier fans but you would not need to be around them unless you wanted to. I'm afraid I can't help as to where to obtain the match tickets. Enjoy wonderful Seville.

A game in South America is a much more volatile thing than a match in Seville against a team from outside the area in Northern Spain.

I'd guess that you'll have no problems if you choose tickets in a seating area in the main stand(shown as Grandstand) if possible. I'm not sure about ordering in advance, maybe some of our Spanish contributors will help.

It will be like watching the Sounders at home.

Safety shouldn't be an issue. Valladolid is not a big rival for Seville. Real Betis is the local derby rival.

And given how bad is Betis playing this year ... even they wouldn´t be such a big problem.

Here you have the official ticket office :

The match won't sell out and you should be able to get a ticket on the day, from the ticket office located at the stadium, Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán,
