Sevilla Apartment location

Hi all. I'm starting to plan our late October trip to Andulica. It will be for 9 nights total with the middle 5 in Sevilla (starting in Granada and ending in Malaga for 2 nights each). Family of 4 (kids 14 & 11) coming from the UK and using public transportation only. I thought I would start looking into Sevilla apartments first.

It seems the points of interest are fairly close and I'm expecting being able to walk to most sights. We are normally early birds so it will take some adjusting to get used to Spanish hours. As a result, I think we'd like something that's reasonably quiet but also has some nice eating (tapas etc.) nearby.

I've picked out 3 apartments so far. Interested in any opinions on the areas in general or the apartments specifically.

1) Santa Cruz

2) Arenal
http://www.sevilla5.com/apartments/antonia-diaz.html

3) further north and more residential (apparently)

All are 130-140€/nt.

Thoughts?

I would go with the Spain Select apartment as my first selection. The Arenal apartment isn't bad and the location's fine, for the most part, but you'll find the major differences will be in the quality of the Mason del Moro apartment, the fact that it has a second bathroom, and the service provided by Spain Select.

Thanks. A clear winner based on a sample of 2.

Any other comments?

While the arsenal location has more shops and restaurants nearby, I like the Santa Cruz area for its atmosphere.
